Scope of Services: Our Maintenance & Service Plans include routine inspections, minor adjustments, technical support, and various other services as outlined in the plan details. These services do not cover repairs or replacements due to misuse, damage from external factors, or equipment not installed or serviced by iHangTVs.com.

Automatic Payment and Billing: Payments for the Maintenance & Service Plans are automatically processed on the 10th of each month. By subscribing, you authorize iHangTVs.com to charge your payment method on this date each month. Ensure that sufficient funds are available to cover the monthly fee.

Service Availability: Services are subject to availability and may be scheduled based on technician availability. iHangTVs.com reserves the right to adjust service schedules as necessary.

Exclusions: The plans do not cover damage or issues arising from unauthorized modifications, third-party accessories, or non-standard use. Additional services not listed in the plan may incur extra charges.

Customer Responsibilities: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the service area is accessible and free from obstacles. Additional charges may apply for services requiring special handling or in difficult-to-reach areas.

Plan Modifications and Cancellations: iHangTVs.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue Maintenance & Service Plans at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in advance. Cancellations may be made at any time, but refunds for unused portions of the plan will not be issued.
